Electrician On Call Kicks Off Veteran Appreciation Month with She Vets It Bowl-a-Thon to raise awareness of TBI!
Electrician on Call is a proud sponsor for the inaugural She Vets It Annual Veteran’s Day: 2022 Veteran Community Social on November 10, 2022 from 6pm to 9pm at Strikz Entertainment. This event will provide Free bowling for Active Duty / Veterans / Reservists and families in
honor of our local DFW heroes! The purpose of this BOWL-A-THON is to bring awareness to Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) amongst Veterans and Synapse Human Performance Clinic which provide TBI treatment for veterans throughout the United States.
She Vets It is a community-based organization that serves to support and empower women Veterans by spotlighting issues that impact women. For example, women are leading the numbers in homelessness and the suicide rate, among Veteran populations and have a higher rate of suicide when compounded with a TBI. Therefore, proper TBI treatment can help reduce the rate of the 22 veterans that take their lives a day. All proceeds from the event will be donated to Synapse Human Performance Centers – Veteran Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Program in Frisco, Texas.
She Vets It Club is where women from every branch of the military come together in a safe space to converse, connect and collaborate. We are always looking for volunteer moderators in the area of business & career, health & wellness, entertainment, finances, relationships, travel and more.
