We partner with local non-profit agencies to provide resources, sweat equity, and advisory roles. We're very passionate about improving our communities and have expanded our Corporate Responsibility initiatives to include the following community outreach services: 

• #EOCares, a program dedicated to providing continued outreach services to local non-profits in the area

• #DayOfService, a short-term initiative to support local non-profits by providing volunteers to help with a one-time effort 

• SPARK360, a workshop that introduces the incredible opportunity of the trades & construction industry to students ages 5 - 17 years old. The workshop provides communities a 'Success Blue Print' that outlines the technical and soft-skills needed to become the best tradesperson. 

• #LadyPros, a global initiative for women in the trades to embrace their role as a skilled tradesperson while holding one another to a higher standard of ethics in the trades & construction industry.
