Electrician On Call to Host Women-in-the-Trades Celebration During National Trades Thursday

DALLAS, TEXAS — Electrician On Call, a veteran- and family-owned electrical and HVAC leader serving North Texas for 26 years, is honored to participate in the inaugural national Trades Thursday celebration, empowered by Housecall Pro, as a selected host business for the North Texas region by hosting a women's only brunch to celebrate women in the trades.

Trades Thursday is a nationwide movement recognizing the dedicated professionals who build, repair, design, maintain, and serve homes and businesses across America. As part of the celebration, Electrician On Call will host an exclusive Dallas gathering for women in construction & home services, creating a meaningful place for connection, collaboration, and recognition within an industry that can often feel isolating.

The event will be led by Irum Jones, co-founder of Electrician On Call and a leading voice within Lady Pros, Housecall Pro’s community for women in the trades. Jones has partnered with Claudia Carolina: CEO, Perennial Studios & Founder of ContractHER, operating in the Dallas Design District, to welcome 20 women for an intentional networking experience centered on community, shared resources, referrals, and opportunity.

The gathering will provide attendees an opportunity to meet trusted industry peers, explore collaboration, and build relationships that can extend into reliable referral partnerships for homeowners and commercial clients alike.
